Hi babymadness

I am on day 27 so am hoping like mad that tomorrow doesn't bring AF. I had a mc in September at 10 weeks, so am feeling really anxious about it all.
I conceived my ds while taking clomid, on my 3rd cycle. I think it took a while to kick in. I went on to conceive my dd 13 months later and she was a complete surprise! The clomid/baby seemed to sort me out and I have ovulated normally since then. That was a while ago, ds 7 and dd 5 now so we have left it a while!

Fingers crossed for you. I am going to test on saturday if no sign of AF?

Good luck!

Hi, love the quick respose.
No I didn't have any symptoms with him although I found out really early that I was "hopefully" pregnant.

I went for a scan to see if there were any problems with my ovaries etc and the dr who did the scan asked me if I could be pregnant. He then went on to show me a scan of my womb and a scan of a "normal" womb. Mine looked totally different and sort of balloony? He told me to get a test on the way back to work which I did! I will never forget it! it must have only been a few days after conception.

I am symptom spotting like mad! Keep feeling my boobs to see if they are still sore! If anyone saw me they would think I was really weird!! Oddly the only time I knew I was pregnant because of symptoms, was the one I have just miscarried. With dd I tested once I had missed AF, but had no symptoms at all?

Keep me informed!

oh bless! you just don't know what to expect ey?! so sorry to hear about your mc. That must have been traumatising. We've been trying for 5 years, didnt worry for the first 3 and then got anxious so started testing and found i had polisystic ovaries....damn it!! so wish i'd tested earlier.

Every month i get really sore boobs and pain in my lower abd, this month i got sharp pains and the usual ache like a period. I got really excited te first month but now i just try to ignore it.....

Sharp pains could be ovulation?? I always get a really sharp pian round about that time and also sore boobs? Fingers crossed

My sister in law has polysystic ovaries, she had her first baby in April.

She swears by acupunture, have you tried it? She goes every month without fail and says it really helped her.

No AF this morning but not going to test till the weekend if I can hold out that long!

Thinking of you x

heloooo.....hopefully still no sign of af for you....i think i'm going to come o tomorrrow....i feel so irritable, and i generally get like this before hand! The pains were too late for ovulation...but my scan had shown i had three big folicles on one side and my progestrone was really high at 190 so it may well have been that...i'd like to say that all sounds good but its been the same kinda...looking good symptoms for three months!

Good luck...let me know xx

Its such a nightmare isn't it. It sounds like the clomid is starting to do its thing for you, so fingers crossed. How many more months can you take it for...it seems so long ago that I took it. I was prescribed it by my gp who was fab, but it meant that I never had any scans to see if it was working or not. We just had to go with it. The scan I had was to check everything else out.

I feel a bit like I am about to come on too, every twinge I have I think it may have come! Its just a guessing game really. I feel that everyone at school is starting to look at me now and wondering if I am preggers because they all found out about the miscarriage. School gate gossip!

Anyway fingers and toes crossed for us both.
Thinking of you xx

I am! i'm in secondary....at least this kinda job takes our minds off the topic for a few hours a day! although i'm sitting in my classroom now.....typing this in my free!! Fingers are tightly crossed for us bothI can take clomid for another 3 months, although to be honest i'm at the point where i'd like to move on to IUI. It sounds auful but the whole....having to have sex on particular days and times is so off putting after months and months ey!!!poor hubby....x

Hi

I couldn't hold out any longer and did a test this morning.....Positive! I am in shock really amd so anxious because of my miscarriage in Sept. Just going to take it easy and hope for the best!

I am a teacher but not working at the moment. Was supposed to start a new job in Sept but because i was pregnant decided that it was for the best if I didn't start, only to let them down when I went on mat leave. Of course I then had the miscarriage. So I'm just helping out at the children's school at the mo as a volunteer.

It is hard on clommid isn't it, do you have a good dr who is supportive? I think it makes all the difference. I am keeping all crossed for you xxxxx

Hi, thanks so much, it hasn't really sunk in yet!! I do feel really worried that it may all end in tears again, but trying to feel positive.

I do feel a bit sick on and off and have just eaten a whole load of the childrens fish fingers despite going out for a meal with friends later! My boobs are also really sore.

I really hope it works for you. Fingers and legs crossed!

Sending you lots of babydust!

xxxxx
