Hi guys!!

I am on day 27 of a 26 day cycle. Have felt very crampy since about 6DPO, weirdly so but this is only my 2nd cycle after a MMC so put it down to body getting back to normal etc.

Did a clear blue yesterday afternoon cos was planning on a skinful last night and it looked negative. But looked at it at 10 mins and there was a thin blue vertical line going up to the horizontal line then it kind of faded off. Showed DH and he said the same as me- there is a line there but not definite although it has colour to it, but it kind of fades off at the bottom. So the colour is not the same density all the way down. Got it???!!!!

So in excitemnt, did another clearblue first thing today and its a big fat no but am really confused cos I am late and am never late, even in my 1st cycle post MC but feel very unpregnant- no sore boobs, no nausea etc. BUT because of the test yesterday I've got a niggle at the back of my mind

Someone slap me.

sorry, sounds like an evap line to me. i know how frustrating it is, but it takes your body a while to settle down after a mc, after each of mine my first cycle was normal(ish) and the next 3-4 were vv erratic.

I thought at 10 minutes it's an evaporation line?

thats what I thought- the instructions said any results after 10 mins to be disregarded but this line must have appeared at about 8 mins/10 mins (i know this cos am a serial 'just pop back for another look'!) For the 1st erm....50 looks (!) there was nothing there then this weird half line appeared. Although it is blue. I think its a faulty test personally.

Does sound like an evaporation line to me. I was late this month and did the same, but with a texco test. Even though I knew the line was probably an evaporation one I couldn't help get my hopes up. Hope you get an answer soon and good luck

Agree with the others, sounds like an evaporation line. Wait a few more days and then test again.

Is that meant to say tesco or texaco?

I wont use CB as i was always getting 'odd' results.

I'd use a digital, but not a + sign one.

I'd wait a few days and test with a different brand.

I agree with calling CB and tell them its an odd test, they may replace it.

TBH I dont usually use pregnancy tests- they are too confusing and I've just given myself a big fat reminder as to why!

see, ive always found CB and predictor the most accurate. CB is more sensitive though, was the only test that picked up my ep at 14dpo

To be fair I am only 11 DPO today so not sure why I am bloody testing anyway. Last pregnancy I only got a mega faint positive at 13DPO!
