IVF and FSH levels

3 months ago my FSH level was 15.7.

Today it is 12.

They won't do IVF on me unless it is under 10 - so I have got to have the same test next month to see if it is under 10 otherwise they won't go ahead.

Real long shot I know but is there ANYTHING that I can do in the next month to give me the best chance of it being lower? anything I can take, do etc?

Am desperate!
