Hi
I am thinking of trying it but was just wondering if any of you have tried it and think it works.
Also is it okay to take with thyroxine.

I have read that the recommended way to take it is to stop TTC and take it for 2-3 months, then start TTC again. Though some people just take it up to ovulation then stop until they get their period or get pregnant.

Not sure about Thyroxine but it might be worth asking your doctor.

I took it last year and conceived first cycle and i know several other people who have had the same. I had a miscarriage though and have not taken it again as my hormones seem a lot more normal since then and i didnt want to upset my natural balence.

I would recommend it if your hormones are screwed, mine were and it made an imediate difference. If, however, you dont have any hormonal issues i'd steer chear as i have read it can make things worse i have also read that it may not be suitable if you have pcos.

I took mine from cd1 to the day after my first peak 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening along with 2 evening primrose oil in the morning.

I did notice a difference straight away but i know this isnt the case for everyone.

You could go and speak to a herbalist for more information.

good luck with it.
