My period was a bit later following HSG but I think it meant I ovulated later. Do you know when you ovulated ?

It could do depending on how much you bled following the HSG. If you bled quite a bit, esp in middle of your cycle, then there could be little lining left to come away and not enough new lining built up - so the blood that was there may wel have been absorbed by the body and not enough to come out as a period.

I can't really say regards mine as I was taking lots of hormone tablets following it as part of my treatment; so my period was delayed until I had finishd them anyway.

Sometimes it is just late - mine finally arrived last night, no cramping, no nothing, just late. Why not call your doctor in the morning and ask his opinion.

Hi try not to lose faith. Try and hold on until tomorrow to test (tricky I know). I had a lap n dye and hysteroscopy last Nov and dc 2 is now due sept. I had just about given up with the ttc but had a v pleasant surprise when I got my bfp in Jan. I have another friend who go her bfp shortly after a hysteroscopy. I really hope you get lucky too.
