Cant afford to make a mistake.
In more ways than one.

Just resist the temptation to test too early.

Do it first thing in the morning too.

No, I wouldnt test before day period was due. Just concerned.
Dont want to leave it longer than I have to. Im on medication that means I mustnt get pregnant.
So, good cheap or own brand tests?

Can you go to the doctor and get a free one?

I got a cheap one from Asda. It was a 2 pack for a couple of quid iirc.

Did the job for me

Wilkinsons do a good one for about £2

not so convenient or quick to get an appointment at the GPs. Then theyd send it away. Result wouldnt come back for days.
Plus I dont have a regular cycle. it usually less than 28 days but never in a pattern I can predict. all I know is that I should have come on today and I havent.

No wilkinson around here. There is an asda and a tesco and sainsburys and a boots. I think a superdrug too.

www.accessdiagnostics.com are reliable, cheap and fast in my experience.

I've also had some from Poundland (3 for pound!) which were good but not as sensitive as the accessdiagnostics ones.

Hope you get the result you need.

ebay!

I got 2 for £1.23 last week (not for me I hasten to add, although I have used them before and they were accurate).

If this is a regular worry you can get 10 or more for a couple of quid.
