I'm about to start the whole process again and I've half forgotten all the things I did last time (it took 2 years, so I gradually tried more and more things).
I don't know which of them worked, but thought I might consider them all again.
- Evening primrose oil capsules. I think you're supposed to take these from AF through to OV. Anyone know?
- BD every other day during OV
- Bum in the air for 20 mins after BD.
- Cut down booze
- Royal Jelly??
- Cod Liver Oil caps - or was I taking that for my rheumatism
- What else - I'm sure there was more?
