I'm trying to track my cycle, just noting CM and round about the time when it was egg white, i also experienced a pain in my left side, round about where I imagine my ovary is - kind of a sore tender feeling. Is this another way of telling when your egg is being released, or was it just a coincidence that I had a pain at the same time.
TIA

some women definitely experience a feeling of ovulation and why not, makes sense. I'm sure I have experienced a kind of pushing, rounding sensation (! I know !) before but it doesn't seem so apparent recently

Yes I do. Kind of like the onset of a period pain but different?

It's worse if I am cold too. s

Hiya! I actually know EXACTLY when I am ovulating due to the pain! Very sharp crippling pain for about a day!! I have to take pain killers and anti-infammatories to be able to stand and work! This is def ovulation pain as has been proven by several pregnacys! One good thing tho, I don't suffer with long and painful periods at all!
