I have been having awful pmt- the worst part being extreme crabbiness and depression- since having my 2 boys. They are now ages 2 & 4 and so far we've only used condoms which are a huge bore. I have never gotten on with the pill but I am willing to try anything to control the mad pmt. Any advice?
