Does anyone know of any diet changes or food groups that are supposed to kick off ovulation? I don't think I have started ovulating since I came off the pill and wanted to see if there was anything I could do to jump start it??

try this

It's very long but at the bottom there is a list of suppliments you should be taking. I haven't read it all but hopefully it's something along the lines of what you were thinking of.

Runtus, I know you'll be in work soon so I'm just bumping this up for you. STILL haven't had a chance to read it myself yet but I will get round to it at some point!!!!!

Hello, sorry for the delay - been out of the office today and logging on at home. Not had a chance to read it yet but thanks, I'm sure it'll be just the thing!

I think cutting down on carbs(potatoes, bread, pasta, rice, cereals) and increasing protein and fat is supposed to help (at least for polycycstic ovary syndrome).

I could do with cutting the carbs anyway, just for my waistline!

I'm really trying to cut dairy products at the moment, as I read that somewhere too and I drink gallons of milk! Not sure I can give up bread totally!
