Hi guys - sharing my news here as hubby away this evening and not allowed to tell anybody else!!! Just discovered I'm pregnant (only just!) but was convinced nothing was going to happen this month so went to a spa with a friend last weekend. Mostly sat in luke warm water but did have one session in the steam room so now just a little concerned that I did this!! I know - don't worry be happy

If you overheated (got heatstroke) the embryo/fetus could die. I think You would have to feel awful in yourself for this to happen, dehydrated, dizzy and too hot.

If you didn't get heatstroke or feel remotely like it, I think you don't have anything to worry about.

Oh, and there's more infectious bugs in saunas. But if you dont' think you picked one up, you probably didn't.
