Can it be a miscarriage or a pregnancy. pls help!

Hi,
I am 28 years old and trying to conceive. I have had a regular menstrual cycle of about 26 days. I have never taken any Birth control pills but had taken a Emergency contraception a year ago.
My last period was on 27th April.Me and my husband had unprotected sex during my last ovulation period i.e on 8th May, 10th May and 12 May. I noticed very bad backache as early as within 1st week of sex, got some itching in abdomen, very slight pain in abdomen(not in sides though). Then i got my periods on a regular date i.e on 23rd May. It was heavier than usual but not very heavy. i had to change 2 pads on day1 and 2 on day2 but i still have brown discharge on day 7. Normally i stop my periods on day 5. I am really getting bad backache still. Can it be due to exertion(we were busy shifting house) and was little stressed out. Or could i be pregnant. I took pregnancy test around 4-5 days before my periods and got a negative. I am experiencing lots of mood swings also. Feeling exhausted. Please help and advise.

sounds like it could be stress taht has affected your hormones you could take another prg test and see what the result is.
