I have just ordered 20 ic pregnancy test and 20ic ovulation strips.
Can anyone explain to me how the ovulations strips work?
Im going to end up being a poas addict at this rate :)

Opk's work by detecting a surge of Luteinising hormone. This is the hormone released just before you ovulate, so obviously a positive opk is an indicator that you are very close to ov and so it's the best time for you to BD. But unlike HPT, where any line is a positive, the test line has to be equal or darker to the control line. Also, don't use fmu like you would with a pregnancy test- as LH is produced in the body between 10am-8pm.
