TTC after implanon

Hi, I had my implant out on the 6th of this month, after 3 days i had what i thought was af, it was only 4 days long but heavy and painful.

For the past week i've felt nauseous, often lightheaded and completely off my food and just generally feeling crappy, now my reasonable head says its just the hormones leaving my system but nobody told me about this!

How long will it take for things to return to normal not quite sure what normal is anymore If i follow my app i'm meant to ovulate today which tallied with my ewcm yesterday.

Any experiences?
