Poss implantation bleed in cycle after MC, when to test?

Hi all

I MC on 12th June and still haven't had a period. Think I finally OV'd on Friday before last (18th July I think?!) and yesterday had pinky/ red discharge, and nothing since.

As its my first cycle since MC, I have no idea when I'm due on, but I don't usually spot, my periods usually arrive on time in the morning and I know its a period, so the spotting is a first.

So I hope think this can be implantation bleeding, I've done a test today with some Amazon cheapies (10dpo) but can only see a very very very faint line which I think is just an evap line.

How much longer should I leave it before testing again?

Also, does anyone have any experience of periods being "different" after MC? As my periods don't usually start with random spotting, they just...start!

Many thanks in advance :)

Hi seaside! I am just starting my AF following MC. I can confirm this is not the same as it was before. Like you, mine is normally all or nothing with no spotting. This time I started spotting around CD23 - brown not red and only really on the tissue. Lasted about a week until yesterday when bleeding started. Got a bit excited but was fairly certain I wasn't pg.

Bleeding became heavier yesterday so considering this to be CD2. It's not as heavy as I was before though and not been very painful. Many people get the opposite of this though - heavy and painful.

Hoping it is implantation for you! Just don't expect things to be the same straight after. Couldn't tell you how long it takes to get back to normal though as this is first cycle.
