Any idea on this spotting?

Looking for opinions and hoping someone might have a clue here!

I am currently on CD58 and have been using IC opk since CD8, and today I finally got a positive! I had a few 'almost' positives (which I know are really negatives, the last one being on CD43.

On CD53 after DTD there was quite a bit of blood on the tissue (sorry, tmi!) and a few spots the next day on a pad. That was 5 days ago, could it have been ov bleeding, even that long ago? If not, anyone know what it could be?

As a side note, my last cycles have been 67 days long, 34 and now this one so whatever happens I'm going to be seeing a dr to try to work out what's going on. Anyone have experience of wildly varying cycles too?
