anyone got pregnant after sterilisation

Hi all need some advise,
I was sterilised after a c'section last august but I had a miscarriage 2 months ago, and now im 5 days late again, ive done a couple of strip test which were nagative but something seems different.
Ive been getting headaches, cramps, feeling like im going to come on but I dont, tingly boobs..not all the time just occasionally and im getting creamy discharge. .any od5eas xxxxx
