TTC after MMC

I had a miscarriage at 11weeks on the 24th of June and had an ERPC on the 25th of June.

I haven't had an AF yet but DH and I have decided to start trying right away. We discussed it and it's what we both want.
I know they say to wait until after one cycle but I just feel like this is the way forward for us.

Is anyone else in this situation just now? It would be nice to speak to other ladies who've been through this and are trying again.
In the past we have gotten pregnant very quickly. We already have a DD so the MMC would have been our 2nd.

Does anyone have a success story of getting pregnant before AF returns after MMC??

Hi Linadee

I'm in the same boat. I had a MC whilst on Holiday on 12th June, I was 7 weeks.

I spoke my my dr when I got home and she said theres no need to wait as long I as I felt OK.

It'll be six week since MC on Thursday, and my period still hasnt returned. I'm usually very regular so its very frustrating, to be honest I feel sad all the time.

I also think I've tried to OV several times, I've had 3 lots of OV symptoms, I tested last sunday and got a positive on my OPK, then on Thursday I noticed EWMC and OV pain on my right side, tested again and got an even stronger positive on the OPK.

So in short, I've no bloody idea if I have or haven't OV'd, or when my period is due.

Sorry, I didn't mean to rant, just wanted to let you know you are not alone, and as long as you feel up to it, there is no medical reason to wait for your AF, especially if it takes as long as mine to arrive.

All the best, and so sorry for your loss.

Thanks for taking the time to respond.
I'm not sure why it helps so much talking to other people about these things but it certainly does.

Thanks the the links. I was aware of the other thread but can only access MN on my mobile and it takes forever and a day to scroll to the most recent messages. This is why I posted my questions in a new thread.
