Very high bmi - almost 50
Dieting but struggling
Tracking with FF
Had 1 no ov - 1 ov - 1 no ov pattern
Using OPKs
Last cycle definitely ov
This one all hells loose

The only change was I tried Dong quai, Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen

Also did a VLCD for a week then fell off

This cycle FF thinks I may have ov day5-17 but temps have been level after a drop a few days ago but not high enough - stable to 0.2+/-

I stopped all pills but Agnus Castus, Pregnacare conception, Folic acid and fish oil

For the last week and a half I have had blood when wiping ranging from brown dish water to red jelly to bright red but small amounts

Cervix ia high and open

Day 30 of an (on average) 34 day cycle but has been 42-110.

On list for FC but we all know what they will say - come back once you have lost 7 stone

Working on weight and AC has helped bring cycle more regular

Any thoughts? Not got any medical reasons (tested for PCOS, fibroids etc)

Don't know what to say about the thread title, however taking fish oil isn't a good idea. It has high levels of vitamin a which you shouldn't take if you are pregnant. So I've read online anyway.

Bleeding throughout most of your cycle is not normal OP, even just small amounts when wiping - you need to get to your GP to have this properly checked out.

As above: bleeding throughout your cycle isn't good. You need that checked out asap - before you ttc. Also, without wanting to be rude, pregnancy and childbirth are a lot higher risk for both mother and baby when you are overweight. Are you sure this is a good idea? I've no idea what steps you've already taken, so hoping this doesn't come across as patronising, but have you spoken to a dietician/gym instructor? They might be able to help you with your weight. Any improvements on your weight will certainly help with your cycle, which in turn will help with ttc. Good luck.

Oh god i knew this was a bad idea - please fuck off with any 'well meaning' advice about weight - the question was not that so take the sanctimonious bullshit somewhere else.

To the other who actually took time to read and snswer properly - thank you

Hello,

If you are on day 30 of this cycle, do you mean you have been wiping blood for the last 30 days? Most blood however light or colour, I myself associate with AF, but if you've had prolonged spotting/bleeding I'd definitely pop to the docs. It's worth going even if they give you advice on everything you can do to help. There is so much info online, but it does get a bit confusing.

Good luck with loosing weight. My friend was size 20 and got preg pretty easy and popped it out pretty easy too, but heh always best not to swear to people on here. You may need their advice again.

Hope the bleeding stops soon and the doc can help get to the bottom on if.

GL.

Hi no just last week - none today yet.

As this is one of many forums and is very busy then i feel a preachy twat can be called a preachy twat. As soon as weight is mentioned that is it, every thing wrong with you must be due to that.

Anyway Ill leave this now as it will derail about my swearing ( a fat person daring to speak back?!?!?!) or about my committing the heinous crime of being big and wanting to be human.

Thanks to the few who actually read and answered properly.

So, maybe that was just a light period?

I found opk clearblue really helpful - but not the digital one with the flashing face. Having said that, if your cycle is a bit all over the place, it may end up being very costly.

Also, meant to say in my last post, that you could alternate Pregnacare Conception with folic acid. Pregnacare contains enough folic itself so I believe, so you don't need to take both on the same days I have read.

But, I reckon any advice at this stage for your cycle is to just do it as much a possible!

Whoa, beg your pardon Hmm - not saying that the bleeding has anything to do with your weight, if you bother to read properly before having a go at people, and I suggested you saw a GP about it because no-one on here can diagnose you unfortunately, but what we can say is that bleeding throughout your cycle isn't normal. Guess I'll avoid you in future!!!
