Are these positive signs?

A week ago I had a bleed, which I assumed was my period. For the last three or four days I have felt very queasy, sort of like im on a boat, bit of dizziness too. I have also had a raging appetite, could have eaten a whole horse yesterday

Both yesterday and today have had twinges and cramping, tbh if I didnt know better id think I was due on again, similar sort of feelings. Majorly bloated this morning too.

We are ttc, but very relaxed about the whole thing - no temping or dtd on certain days, just shagging without contraception.

I genuinely thought my period came last week but what if it was an implantation bleed? Never had that woth dd so no idea what its like

Bad boob pains allafternoon, and continual twinging. Going to POAS at the weekend. Feels silly though when in my opinion I had AF a week ago.
