Hi everyone

I had my gorgeous dd in September and I'm considering trying again.

The main reason for wanting ti try is, I want my kids close together anyway as I grew up with a 5 yr age gap and it's only in tge last few years that me and my brother have got closer. I want my kids to be close, tge only tying thats concerning me isit took nearly 2 years to conceive my dd and I've been wondering if it's going to be tge same again.

My dh isn't too worried and has said whatever comes his way he will be happy with but Im concerned that it might take even longer as we wont get any help like last time as the NHS won't pay for it tge second time and I don't think we could afford treatment should we need it again.

Has anyone taken ages to conceive the first time and then fallen pregnant quickly after? Or did it. Just not happen tge second time around?? All experiences welcome!!

Tia

Started TTC when DS was 6 months, fell pregnant within weeks, sadly ended in miscarriage. Started trying again straight away but it's been a few months now Hmm.

Took 16 months the first time due to PCOS, started trying ASAP for #2 in case it took ages and fell pregnant within a week of stopping BFing - so you never know! Good luck!

Took 8 months of really trying for DD1 and then DS took one month (right after finished BF)! You just never know. Good luck to you:)
