7 months but that was only 4 cycles because they were completely up the spout after coming off the pill. Had 2 sessions of acupuncture to regulate them just before conceiving (having has an ultrasound to check no pcos) so that may possibly have helped...

10 cycles.
I had a mc the cycle before, so I guess I was more fertile?

1 every time - but I was no older than 29 so that probably helped. Just as you should be prepared for it to take a while also try and be prepared for it to take two weeks Grin So start your folic acid and any life style changes like altering drinking pattern etc before you start ttc - because you could be up the duff very soon. Good luck!

My first five pregnancies (three DC) within 1-2 rather wonky cycles, all under 34. I use Fertility Awareness Method and chart temperatures, take OPKs etc so that all helps with quicker conceptions.

Six cycles and BFN at 36 right now trying for our last, and my cycles have never been more regular. Doing everything right, but obviously something has changed Sad

Three both times. Once after pill and once after coil. Both also after being poorly so not much action that month!

First one I did a handstand afterwards as a joke cos I read it somewhere! And second one just, ahem, deep!!

2.5 years and counting - I think it amounts to about 15 cycles as mine are very irregular.

It can take up to 2 years for a perfectly healthy couple to conceive so don't stress too much or put too much pressure on yourself for it to happen instantly.

Good luck.

2,2,2 then 14 cycles then 2, 2 and finally 8. I've had 3 mc though inbetween my 3 dc and I'm currently 31 weeks pg.

This is my 10th cycle and I got my BFP yesterday.

I came off the pill after 14 years last December so it's a year from that to the result; I was considering going to the doctors in the New Year if it hadn't happened by then. My cycles have been a bit irregular in length but I think that I may have had a chemical pregnancy in August/Sept as it was 6 weeks but I don't know for sure.

Both that month and this one we managed to BD throughout the OV window - though I didn't actually track this month so that was just good luck. Do you track as having a good idea of when you are likely to OV, even if you're not clockwork, is a help? I use the fertility friend app. Also, I generally stay in bed for a while afterwards to counteract gravity, as it were.

The only thing that's different this month and I don't recommend it, is that due to a particularly bad spell with my back (I have a spinal disability) I've been having to take some strong tablets which also space me out and so reduce stress.

Hi,

I had the coil taken out and got pg before having AF but this ended in mc. Took ages for AF to return then 3 'norm' cycles after I got my BFP (6 weeks at mo). The first time was fluke. Started opks after mc but the month I got pg I had reflexology during my fertile period and I'm convinced that helped!!! Going to carry on during pg.

Good luck!!
