HI just testing the waters to see if anyone would be interested in swapping with us? We have 2 small boys currently 1yr and 41/2 so our house is et up for them with stairgates and toys and no hard edged coffee tables.
We have a 3 bed, Edwardian terrace house in Deal which is a small beautiful seaside town in Kent. We are 8 miles from the port of Dover- so very handy for ferries and day trips to France and there is a new high speed link to London which takes somewhere between 1hr and 1hr 30 mins (cant remember off hand as havent used it yet). Our house is in a quiet street 7 mins walk from the sea front and pier. It has been renovated so is all floor boards and Farrow and Ball paint but with the usual finger prints all over the hall walls so its not immaculate. The boys have a bedroom each- with a single bed for the older and a cot bed for the younger. We have a fair sized garden thats south facing- mainly lawn and no pets.
We would be interested in doing something this summer holidays or even Easter- uk or abroad.
