Would you fancy a swap with us?

We can offer a spacious three bedroomed apartment in a large house in Barga, Tuscany.
About an hour from the beach, day trip to Florence and mountains. Very accessible, large garden and peaceful location, but 2 mins drive from the beautiful old Tuscan city of Barga which is full of life. NO pool yet though, sorry! Public lido in town is fab though.

We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children (aged 9-14)and I would love to swap for either a house in west London or would be interested to see what else is on offer, hopefully abroad near a beach....

we might consider it, we are in a 4 bed (but one room is currently a playroom) in devon, with garden, about 30 mins from beach, 10 mins walk from open moorland, in a lovely market town?

thanks both, will think about your kind offers.

I am thinking now about either May half term or October half term and definately one of the following:

a place in London
somewhere very close to the beach in the UK
Lake district
or
Scotland (Edinburgh/countryside)
