Big house, big garden, 4/5 bedrooms, quiet street. 3 chickens, 1 cat, very child friendly house close to Chichester harbour. We have 2 boys aged 7 and 9, tree house, football goals, outside chalet, veg patch, stripped floorboards. 5 minutes walk to seaside village and thatched cottages, plus close to Emsworth. 40 mins on the train to Brighton and all its cool hangouts. Lots of rural walks, cycling, country pubs, lots to do for kids of all ages. Thought I would see whats on offer from anyone else who is planning ahead. Sorry not London(moved from there 6 years ago) or Yorkshire/France(family there).
