Anyone interested in a Christmas house-swap? Essex/London for the Wirral?

This is a very long shot, but...

This thread explains the background for what we're trying to do.

We've been looking for a place to rent but of the 3 n the Wirral that are available for Christmas, 1 is too small and 2 are extortionately expensive - so DH suggested I post here and see if anyone's mad enough to want to decamp to London/Essex for a Christmas break?

We have a 3 bed 2 bath house in Greater London (IG1). Sky+ TV, DVD, WiFi broadband, off street parking & back garden with slide and trampoline. Loads of books. A lovely park at each end of the road, Epping Forest 10 mins drive away, 7 mins walk from the BR station that takes 15 mins into Liverpool Street (30 mins to Oxford Circus on the Central line), 7 mins walk to shops/cafes/cinema/local theatre etc. 15 mins drive to Docklands/Greenwich, loads to do in the surrounding area as well as all the London stuff. We are at the bottom of the North Circular/M11 so are handy for getting just about anywhere quickly.

We're set up for a 4 yr old girl (toys, games, dressing up stuff), but also have a cot. 2 of the bedrooms are doubles (kingsize beds) and DD's room has a single bed with room for the slideaway single bed we also have if a twin room is required.

Ideally we'd like to swap for Weds 23-Mon 28th, but can be a little flexible.
