3 mins from one park with playground
approx 7 from another (huge) park with playground, open air lido, cafe, tennis courts etc
20ish mins from yet another huge park with lake, horse riding etc
(all timings for walking with kids!)
nice atmosphere in the locale - plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, pubs, delis etc. Sainsbury's local at end of street
our house is nice - not inetrior designer stylee but polished wooden floors, plain furnishings, lots of toys books etc for kids (ours are 4 and 7)
4 beds, two double one single, one cotbed size bed (which may have been upgraded by then) - top bedroom (double) also used as study so lots of books in there, best used as just a sleeping room!
patio garden and small grass area, 8 foot trampoline keeps littlies amused
we want to go live by the sea for two weeks or so, UK or abroad
