We have a 4 bedroomed house in Chelmsford with garden and are vaguely thinking about a swap next year. Anywhere considered! We are 20m walk from the station and 35m from London Liverpool Street.

Ooh. Interesting. I've never done a house swap before but would consider it for any of the school holidays if anyone's interested.

Nor have we! Completely new to us. Would you be interested in Chelmsford or would you be looking for somewhere else? We have a cat which I forgot to mention in case anyone has allergies.

I've never been to Chelmsford but it looks close to some of our friends and I like the idea of quick into London so I'd definitely consider it. How does the lakes sound to you?

The Lakes sound great. My husband has a cousin who lives in Kendal who we'd like to visit and an aunt in Sedbergh so it would be ideal. Were you thinking of any particular holiday? I was thinking of Easter or half-term.
