We are looking for a house swap sometime in the latter half of July or first week in January 2013. We have 2 children, 7 and 4.
We are able to offer a 2 bedroom Edinburgh city centre apartment, which is usually let out to holidaymakers, so is well presented and in a very central position. It has a family bedroom (with one double bed and bunks) and a second bedroom (with double bed). There's also a large dining kitchen, lounge, bathroom and shower room. And it comes with all linens, towels, toys, high chair, travel cot. Edinburgh is a great city for families, with the Castle, Zoo, Holyrood Palace, Dynamic Earth, Camera Obscura, Britannia, The Royal Museum - and much more!
We would like a summer beach holiday, or city break - but will consider all offers. Many thanks.

We have one in Edinburgh too and one in the Highlands. We use Dial an Exchange to swap weeks and have done well although you have to put in bids a long way ahead to get school hols. Pm me for more info.
