Is it normal?

He's been eating and weeing as normal.

I remember dd doing something similar but can't remember how long she went.

Does he seem uncomfortable? my dd pooed very infrequently - and I really worried about it, but she was fine it was just her system iyswim. Is he bf or ff?

Is she bottle fed?

If so, I gues it's "normal"

If breast fed I would be bemused.

Both mine were bf and pooed every 6 days.

He's bf and still no poo.

He's been really upset today and eaten loads, we also saw a cranial osteopath yesterday. So it could be the no poop, the CO or a growth spurt making him cry.

My dd was bf and would have this build up to a poo for a few days - she grew out of it

please dont use the word "pooped". its cringe-worthy.

On a more serious note - could you try massaging his tum or doing "bicycle legs". 2 days isnt a long time, but keep an eye on him... and keep the baby wipes handy - there will be an explosion soon

It will happen - the flood gates will open. My dd once went for days of nothing & then huge amounts came out. Be ready!

Pooped Pooped Pooped

Ha Ha, I've been talking to my dd too much, but what should I call it then?

I very much remember the explosions my dd produced but I thought she was a bit older than this and I didn't remember how long she went without going.

I've been rubbing his tummy and cycling his legs but nothing yet. Hope it doesn't happen in the middle of the night, bed sheets and all could be messy. He seems fine now, very hungry but happy.

Thanks for the advice.
