She is 3.9 years and she even says "mummy i keep cracking"
I also have always had clicky joints infact my shoulders grind so much i sound like a 90 year old.
Do you think it is just the way she is or should i be concerned ?

I would get her checked out as it sounds like hypermobility syndrome to me (what they used to call being double jointed many years ago when I was young). I have it and have passed it on to ds. Did she reach her gross motor skills milestones on time? Ds didn't sit up until he was 10 months and didn't walk until he was 22 months.

If it is that it can be managed easily. Ds does lots and lots of exercise to ensure he has good muscle tone to support his wobbly joints. We were told when he was 2 that he would never be able to do contact sports but now at 5 he has been allowed to start tag rugby because he has developed so well (he is very strong!).

He has orthotics in his shoes to help him support his ankles and walk properly. For a long time he would fall over when he ran but that has stopped in the last 6 months.

Really Mollieo?

Im not double jointed though although i sometimes when lay on my side i wake with extreme pain in my shoulder and then hear and feel a clunk and it goes??
dd was later than dd1 with her gross motor skills but i dont know if it was late developmentally.
I will ask about it next time i take her to the GP i think.
