Advice Please Regarding Temperature During Illness

DD1 has flu, she has already needed treatment in hospital because her temperature was uncontrollably high (which I only realised after she fainted )So perhaps I am being ultra cautious now. DD's temp has been fluctuating between 35.6 and 37.2 all afternoon (with both ibuprofen and paracetamol) - should I be concerned?

So what is her temp without the ibuprofen and paracetamol? Also how old is she?

Doc told me if you can keep their temps below 38ish with medication, then that's good.
