What are these spots on DD legs

my DD (4) has had another "outbreak" of spots, she has had this before then they went. They are particularly bad today.
She gets them on tops of legs and bottom cheeks. Today she has a couple on her calf. Nowhere else on her body, she is not unwell.

They look like pimples - raised very red with yellow head.
I'v put sudocreme on but was going to take her to GP if they don;t clear up.
Anyone got any views? Or suggestions on what they might be? Many thanks

jellybelly she's had chicken pox, but my friends DD has it again, I didn't think they could get it again. She's not poorly, though it did cross my mind. she has no spots anywhere else.

Smartiejake - possibility, though her spots aren't as pronounced.

thanks all

My DD has spots in exactly the same places and I have no idea. DH thinks that she may have had an insect in her bed and they might be bites...?

dd1 had flesh coloured molluscum - never more than one or two at a time, didnt' last long, only came up when she was run down with a cold etc. Then she didn't have any at all for a couple of years, then she had what looked like an infected one on her labia - which needed antibiotics. Very confusing - but the GP said 'molluscum or similar' meaning there are other viral spots it could be

dd2, meanwhile, now 2.5, has recently had a crop of red spots (maybe 6 in all) dotted around upper thighs, bum. They don't last long, and are always red, never have a head/blister on them - but I suspect they're molluscum too: can't think what else they could be. I just put Metanium on them when they look too red, and they go away in a day or two.

Very odd things, molluscum, if you ask me!

Lots of the children I have looked after have had viral spots like this. Sometimes they have lasted up to a year! The doctors won't do anything about them as they are not a problem but the best treatment for them seems to come from the homeopath. A few of the children have tried this with good results.

Dd gets spots occasionally. I've always assumed and treated them as excema as she scratches them.

She gets them mostly in her elbows (or oboes as she calls them ), behind her knees and at the tops of her legs.

I use diprobase and hydrocortisone in the evenings and try not to bath her too much.
