Bumpy Nettle Sting like rash

hello, my daughter has developed a bumpy rash in small patches over her arms, legs and back - it looks a bit like she has touched a nettle - the bumps are not red but itchy, she also has quite a flushed face. She say's she feels a bit poorly but nt too bad. I'm a bit worried as one of her friends has come down with scarelt fever, but her symptoms really don't look like anything I have seen on the internet. Her tounge looks fine, and although she is warm she isn't burning hot. Maybe i'm just worrying over nothing but we are due to go away for a few days tomorrow and i don't want to travel if she is going to get worse - any ideas much appreciated, thanks x

google urticaria.. it's an immune reaction like nettle rash but not from a nettle
