My LO had this 2 weeks ago. we spent 5 days in hospital. She responded to the drug by about day 3, so hopefully your nephew should start responding soon.
Sorry to hear he is so sick and really hope his ok. Best place for him to recover, hugs and prayers for you all x

My Bro had similar a few years ago spent 7-10 days on a ventilator and was really poorly. He recovered and is fine now.

GP told him he had ManFlu

Dh had pneumonia a few months ago. Very scary illness!

He's fine now. As Lisa said, he's in the best place.

And it was me that kept accusing him of having man-flu Will never, ever do that again!

It is worrying we want him home and well then we can have a big celebration for him and celebrate christmas with him there, I can't believe how a healthy young slim fit lad of 20 can now be so poorly all of a sudden xx

Hi an update my nephew is getting better, thank god, we actually thought we were going to lose him. I actually went to my local church on Christmas Eve and said a prayer for him, I am not really a believer but I just felt I wanted some help and felt better for going to church
