Teeth coming through in the wrong order!!

DS2 is 6 months and the following teeth have appeared

bottom 2 incisors
top 2 lateral incisors

and now bottom 2 lateral incisors are coming through but no sign of the top 2 incisors (the 2 central front teeth) arriving

he had a large gap in his upper gum when first born but this has closed up - just bit worried that he may not have these teeth?

did your DC's teeth come through in the wrong order? what happened in the end?

Came thru in funny order, were perfectly straight and pretty as a toddler. Age 7 adult teeth started coming thru quite badly, many trips to orthodontist!

But the order of the baby teeth wasn't a factor in the need for orthodontic work.
