Should I go to hospital or is this normal?

DS has had a really bad seizure, he won't wake up properly. I can wake him but he just goes right back to sleep.

He is 8 with autism and rarely gets tired.

I would be phoning an ambulance.

Not really sure why you are asking but hope he is ok

He may be just worn out for them but if you can't rouse him after a fit then he really needs to be checked over just in case. Better to call them out and be told all is fine and to not and waste time. x

I agree,999

If this one is different and you can't wake him then call an ambulance.

They won't question it at all

Sorry it was a long night. Walked to A&E with him asleep in the wheelchair. It's only 15 minutes away so was quicker than wasting an ambulance.

He's ok. He had low oxygen levels and had a mask on and soon came round really confused and angry that he was in hospital.

He's had a couple today but he's alright. Think it might be the stress of potty training that's setting him off Hmm

Don't know whether to stop trying or to just work through it.

Oh bless you and him, that sounds really stressful, hope you're both ok... have you managed to get a rest today?
