Chickenpox or just bites?

Could someone please take a look at these pictures and tell me what they think? DS (3) had what I assumed was a bite on the back of his leg on Tuesday but Nursery called me to ask if it was possible he had chickenpox. Anyway, that's now been followed by 2 more on different parts of his leg as well as one on each arm - and that's it ... Obviously today is only Wednesday so I know more could follow, but what do people think? Is it likely to be chickenpox or potential bites from things from playing in the garden? The original one is the most angry looking of the them all.

He's been around chickenpox loads in Nursery and not caught anything, his best friends and their siblings had it and he didn't catch it, so I was almost wondering if he was immune.

Also, he was quite out of sorts for a few days but I thought that might be down to us attempting nappy training ... sigh. Any thoughts welcome. Cheers.

I can't see the photos as I'm on the app but it sounds like textbook chickenpox. Ds was sharing drinks with a kid who that day came out in spots and he didn't catch it, he caught it 6 months later when nobody we knew had itHmm

Ok just looked and yep I'd say chickenpox. Also it's normally the first 'mother' spot that's the worst. Ds took days to start getting lots and lots whereas dd was covered in a few hoirs.

We've never had the pox in this house so I'm no expert on how they present, but those look very much like my DS. Molluscum contagiosum spots, might be worth looking that up on NHS website and see if you think it fits.

Thanks for your help all, it looks like we might have survived until another scare Smile I really do wish he'd get it to be honest.
