My 6 year old we due to have grommits fitted yesterday after failing regular hearing tests for 18 months. Once he was under, they decided he didn't need them but he had 'very thin eardrums'. At his previous ENT appointment, they had mentioned 'floppy eardrums'. Has anyone come across this before and what did they do about it?

Thanks
