I would phone nhs direct
That is low and I would normally be saying to give her some skin on skin but if she feels warm......

In this very warm weather none of us need much in the way of bedding and clothes.

34.6 seems very low, not high! What did you use to take her temperature?

I used an electric one that you do under the armpit

If it was that low I'd assume it hadn't read properly and take it again. Did you get it tight under her armpit under the clothes?

it tends to read a bit lower underarm compared to mouth. If they feel normal temp to touch and not unwell I usually trust that.
Ditto if temp feels ok but they seem wrong/poorly trust that too. People can have a low temperature with infection too.
