Rash on baby DS

He's 6 months old. He's been a bit under the weather for last couple of days- off his food, runny nose, slight temperature and a bit more sleepy than usual.

Today I've noticed he has a rash on his back and torso which has now spread up his neck and to his face. It looks almost a bit like heat rash to be honest.

He's quite happy in himself, happier today than he has been for last couple of days anyway!

Is it likely to be some kind of virus?

Not really any advice than to always do the glass test, make sure it fades under pressure.

Am sure someone else will be along with some extra advice

I remember DD getting a viral rash a day or so after she was under the weather a few times, which is apparently quite normal. And I did read something the other day about almost no rashes being any sort of medical emergency bar the obvious one that doesn't disappear under a rash (I'm bad about rashes, I panic a lot!).

Maybe worth Googling viral rashes and see if they look similar?
