Sickness bug or something else?

DS was sick several times this morning after complaining of stomach pains. He had a bit of a loose bowel too. No sickness since around 10 o'clock and no bowel movements since the first episode of sickness at around 8 am. He has now developed a temperature but is starving.

What next?

He is 6 btw. Bugs rife in his school last week :(

Yeah Sounds like a sick bug , keep him hydrated and stick to BRAT diet (banana rice apple toast)

Will do - he seems much better this morning. Just hope his big sis doesn't go down with it now!!
