Dd7 has trouble breathing through nose at night, been docs twice over last few years and possible enlarged adenoids diagnosed (not by exam, but by symptoms). Watch and wait approach prescribed.
Breathing has cleared a little as she has grown but now seems mucussy at night, rather than totally blocked. Going to go back to docs but wondering if anybody has used breathe strips for a child?
