Stories involving feelings and emotions

Can anyone reccomend any story books involving feelings and emotions - anger, kindness, selfishness etc

For children aged 6-8ish

I need them for my ds who has Aspergers and needs to learn to be less ego centric

Aliki, Feelings is a good vintage title. It's a picture book designed to spark discussion.

There is a writer called Cornelia Maude Spelman who writes a series of books called 'When I feel Sad (Angry/Scared/Jealous' etc.

Those look good - I have no idea whether they would be too young for him. I will try to seek them out.

Is anyone able to suggest stories involving emotions etc where such words arent actually in the title.

All I have come up with so far is Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - which obviously features children with pretty vile qualities
