A book for children about moving house?

Can anyone recommend a good book that would help DS (10) and DD (7) with our move?

They've generally been very positive but, as it all gets nearer, we've started to have very real (rather than much more general) conversations about leaving friends and making new friends, etc.

I'm sure there must be some very good books on the subject. I've looked on Amazon but some of them look to be American and I"m not sure how relevant they'll be.

Has anyone used this book The Moving Book: A Kid's Survival Guide

I'm going to see if the nearest bookshop has anything that looks good.
I"m a firm believer in books having the answer to most things.
