Fishfingers and custard

Does anyone remember a collection of stories for a 5 ish yo with one about a little girl who wants to eat fish fingers and custard? I've tried googling it but unfortunately Dr Who recently did the same thing and that's all that comes up.

There was one about a girl buying chocolate kittens as a gift and eating them all too.

And one about building a paper palace.
