Wanted to share a recommendation of a Michael Morpurgo

My DD age 6 has been on free reading for a while but seems to bring home the most boring books ever from school. She has just read (to me) "I believe in unicorns" by Michael Morpurgo. I must say it was absolutely amazing! We were both gripped! She read it beautifully as written so well. She liked it also as not a massive thick book and also has glossy pages with really nice pictures now and again. Thoroughly recommend it.
