Doulas, lay-persons, anyone with an interest in childbirth really!

I'm thinking of having a "study" day (not much studying though, more just an informal chat with a few cuppas) about relaxation and stress management though late pregnancy, labour and postnatally. (Douls, also including an aspect of relaxation for yourselves for after a long labour etc).
Just wondering if any of you would be interested. If so, either let me know here, or email me on

There may be a cost involved, but that will depend on how many people turn up, place it will be held in etc.
