I'm being induced tomorrow morning at 38 weeks due to having hypertension. This is my first baby and while I'm really excited, I'm starting to feel quite anxious.
I am well aware that the more worried I feel the worse it is for my blood pressure, as well as all the 'happy hormones' that I need to help with labour.
I was hoping to avoid an epidural, forceps, intervention etc but I understand this is more likely with induced labours and I'm trying to stay open minded.
Has anyone got any top tips or positive induction stories they can share?
Thank you in advance.
