Liitle lad is quickly getting to the stage where I need to start thinking about a new car seat stage 2+
My car (laguna 2005) has the Isofix bars but i will also need to use the seat in my mums car - no fitted with isofix does anyone know if they be fitted with just the seatbelt not the isofix fitting? can not seem to find anything about it
Also my car has half leather seat and i had a real problem with his rearfacing car seat getting a base to fit as the seats are quite narrow and slope down at the back quite alot and have padded sides currently have had to bulk out the seat with rolled carmats to keep the base level -this worried me that a larger seat will be balancing in the supprts either side of the seat rather than sitting on the seat itself and I will have the same or worse problem as I have now. Any thoughts, views or advise Confused

There are certain seats that can be fitted with isopod or seatbelt but not all.

You should probably go to a reputable shop, get an expert to look at your car and your mum's and try some seats in it.
